We collect and process the following information when you apply for a role:

• Name and contact details (email address, phone number)
• Curriculum vitae, covering letter and any supporting documents
• Notes from interviews or assessments

We use your personal data to assess your suitability for the role applied for, to communicate with you during the recruitment process, and to maintain records of our hiring activity.

Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests, to recruit and select suitable candidates for our business.

Candidate data is stored securely within Indeed’s systems and within our Dropbox account. Both use encrypted connections and restricted access. We do not share candidate data with any third parties except where required by law.

Unsuccessful candidate data held within Indeed is retained for up to six months after the recruitment process closes and then deleted automatically or upon request. Interviewee details recorded on our Dropbox spreadsheet are retained for up to twelve months after the recruitment process ends and then permanently deleted. If you are successful, we will request and hold additional information as part of the onboarding process.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
